Derek Kelly, Founder & Managing Partner is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in Operations, Finance, and Management. Working with both small businesses and large public corporations, he understands the unique requirements of each stakeholder and values communication and accountability. His passion for problem solving and helping others, along with an entrepreneurial drive, lead to the founding of Acuity.
Ashley LaPorte, Co-Founder & Managing Partner has over 8 years of experience in finance in the manufacturing industry, 5 years of that at the corporate level. She received her Advanced Accounting Diploma from St. Clair College and is currently completing her BBA - Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Accounting at Nipissing University. Ashley has vast experience in cost accounting and has a passion for accounting and problem solving.
